How do you base your cost and pricing when it comes to construction?
Our team researches the current pricing trends from various national construction data bases and consumer reports.
A comparative relationship is established between price per square foot relative to our labor time and materials. We compare these numbers to national trends and work directly with you to gage and meet your budgeting needs.
What are some pricing criteria?
-The square footage and land features of your property (various hills, slopes, accessibility routes)
-Soil composition, existing objects such as, fences, decks & other prior landscape installations.
-If anything needs to be removed before we start construction, i.e. retaining walls, patios or plants
-Irrigation lines, underground utility lines and drainage conditions
-Current personnel available
-How you would like your new project to complement your existing look of the house/outdoors.

How much experience do you have in landscaping/hardscaping?
We have decades worth of combined experienced hiring seasoned professionals only. Our project manager alone also has 13 years of landscaping and construction experience.
Which areas do you serve in the Twin Cities?
We service the inner MSP metropolitan area and most of the surrounding suburbs except the most northern, northeastern and eastern outer tier suburbs. We are located in West Bloomington, MN.
Are there material discounts?
There are contractor discounts on selected materials such as sod from Magnusons Sod in South Minneapolis and mulch at The Mulch Store.
