What are some criteria that determine pricing of a project?
-The square footage and land features of your property (various hills, slopes, accessibility routes)
-Soil composition, existing objects such as, fences, decks & other prior landscape installations.
-If anything needs to be removed before we start construction, i.e. retaining walls, patios or plants
-Irrigation lines, underground utility lines and drainage conditions
-Current personnel available
-How you would like your new project to complement your existing look of the house/outdoors.
Which areas do you serve in the Twin Cities?
We service the inner MSP metropolitan area and most of the surrounding suburbs except the most northern, northeastern and eastern outer tier suburbs. We are located in West Bloomington, MN.
